Step 01
Investment casting
Silica-sol shell building for thin walls, fine detail and smooth as-cast surfaces. Suited to complex geometries that would need several welded or machined parts to reproduce. Casting capabilities
OEM / ODM manufacturing · Shandong, China
Hengri is an OEM and ODM foundry and machine shop in Shandong, China. Bring us your drawings and we manufacture to them — or bring us a sample part and our engineers will develop a castable, machinable design around it. Casting, machining, heat treatment, finishing and inspection happen under one roof.
Real plant, real footage
Buyers cannot judge a supplier from a brochure. This walk-through covers the wax room, the shell line, melting and pouring, the machining bays and final inspection — filmed on our own floor, with heat numbers shown on camera.
Export experience
Our export references are concentrated in three markets. Each one carries its own standards, language and customs paperwork — all handled in-house before your order is loaded.
Direct export experience with import & export licence held in our own name. North America and Europe are our current focus markets. For market-specific requirements (EU PED, material certificates to the standard you specify, US or UK compliance), see market access and compliance.
What we do
Most projects stall in the hand-offs — a foundry that cannot machine, a machine shop that cannot cast. Hengri keeps casting, machining, finishing and inspection in-house, which shortens lead times and fixes responsibility in one place.
Step 01
Silica-sol shell building for thin walls, fine detail and smooth as-cast surfaces. Suited to complex geometries that would need several welded or machined parts to reproduce. Casting capabilities
Step 02
Turning, milling and drilling on castings or bar stock, held to drawing tolerances with first-article inspection reports supplied. Machining capabilities
Step 03
Normalising, hardening, tempering and solution annealing, plus shot blasting, galvanising and coating to your specification. Finishing options
Step 04
Chemical analysis of the heat, dimensional reports, NDT where required, and full material traceability from heat number to shipped carton. Quality system
Why one supplier matters
Splitting a casting between a foundry, a machine shop and a plating line multiplies your freight, your paperwork and the number of people who can blame someone else. Every step below happens in our own plant.

Wide shot of the pouring line or machining bay. Real plant photography is the single biggest trust signal on a supplier website — stock images work against you.

At a glance
If something you need is missing here, ask for it directly — we would rather answer a specific question than have you guess.
Reducing your risk
Switching suppliers carries risk. These are the concrete controls we put in place to make that decision less risky for you.
Before series production, you receive a first-article inspection report with dimensional results, material certificates and, where relevant, process capability data.
Every batch is tied to its melt record. If a question arises months later, we can retrieve the chemistry, heat treatment record and inspection results for the parts you hold.
Technical questions go to the people who run the process, not a call centre. We confirm drawing queries in writing rather than assuming.
Development quantities and pilot builds are welcome. Most of our long-term accounts started with a single trial order.
Send drawings and we come back with price, tooling cost, lead time and any manufacturability notes — in writing, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Industries served
We are tooled for parts that must survive load, heat, abrasion or corrosion — and that carry a drawing with real tolerances on it.
Brackets, clevis and linkage parts, turbo and exhaust components, chassis hardware.
Bodies, bonnets, impellers, discs and trims in 300- and 400-series stainless.
Wear parts, tines, hitch components, and seeding and harvesting hardware.
Ground-engaging teeth, pins and bushes, coupler parts, and excavator hardware.
Fittings, brackets, and safety-critical hardware supplied with full documentation.
Deck hardware, cleats, and corrosion-resistant fittings in 316 and 316L stainless.
Hygienic stainless components with smooth, easily cleaned surfaces.
Fittings, unions and heat-resistant parts for demanding service conditions.
How an order runs
A predictable route, with the points where you are asked to approve something made explicit. No silent assumptions about tolerances, material or finish.
Equipment list, material grades, tolerance tables and a one-page checklist of what to send us for an accurate quote.
We check material, tolerances and finishes against our process, then quote with tooling cost, unit price and lead time — flagging anything ambiguous.
Wax dies are produced and sample castings submitted for your dimensional and visual approval before series tooling is committed.
Full dimensional report, material certificate and any NDT results, submitted for sign-off.
Casting, machining, heat treatment and finishing run to the approved process, with in-process checks at each stage.
Dimensional and visual checks against the approved sample, then export packing with your labels and any VCI protection requested.
We work to EXW, FOB Qingdao, CIF or DDP, and issue the full shipping document set for your customs clearance.
Certifications
Certificates are only useful if you can check them. Every certificate below is listed with its registration number, issuing body and expiry date, and the scan is downloadable.
What we quote
Our tooling, casting and machining are organised around these three families. If your drawing sits close to one of them, you are working with a plant that already knows the pitfalls.

Fluid handling
Precision-cast valve components in 300/400-series stainless, low-alloy and high-temperature alloy. This is the scope our ISO 9001 certificate is issued for, and the area we have shipped into Japan, Italy and South Korea.
Part photo
Piping
Tees, reduced tees, crosses and flanges, cast and finished in-house. Pipe fitting manufacture up to DN300 sits inside our certified scope, so the paperwork matches the product.

General industry
Machinery parts, marine and building hardware in the same materials and finishes. Heavier parts move to lost foam, which we run at a separate facility alongside the investment casting plant.
Include material, annual quantity, key tolerances and target lead time. We come back with price, tooling cost, lead time and manufacturability notes against your drawing.
