What we cast and machine

Our plant runs two casting processes — silica-sol investment casting (lost wax) and lost foam (EPC) — with CNC machining, heat treatment, finishing and inspection in-house. These are the part families that work sits in, and the certified scope that matches them.

Six families

Where our casting and machining is concentrated

Our ISO 9001 certificate is issued for valve precision casting and pipe fitting manufacture up to DN300, and that is where most of our work sits. General industrial, marine and building parts run through the same plant.

Valve body

Fluid handling · Certified scope

Valve bodies and trim up to DN300

Precision casting of valve components in 300/400-series stainless, low-alloy and high-temperature alloy. This is the scope our ISO 9001 certificate is issued for, and the area we have supplied into Japan, Italy and South Korea.

Process: silica-sol investment casting Tolerance: ±0.1 mm by process

Pipe fittings

Piping · Certified scope

Tees, reduced tees and crosses up to DN300

Pipe fittings are cast and finished in-house, which means the certificate scope, the drawing and the delivered part all describe the same thing. Machining of the ends and faces is done on the same site.

Range: cast fittings up to DN300 Delivery: cast-to-print, machined and inspected

Flanges

Piping · Investment casting

Flanges and connection components

Flanges in the same material range, cast with the face and bolt-hole pattern either machined in-house or supplied as cast with a defined machining allowance, depending on your drawing.

Materials: 300/400-series stainless, low-alloy, high-temperature alloy Finishing: shot blasting, coating, galvanising

Machinery part

General industry · Machining

Machinery and general industrial parts

Turned, milled and drilled components produced on imported CNC lathes and machining centres. Wax dies and fixtures are made in-house, so the machining datum is set to the datum the foundry actually controls.

Machines: imported CNC lathes, machining centres Tooling: wax dies and fixtures made in-house

Marine hardware

Marine & building · 300/400 series

Marine and building hardware

Deck and building hardware in 300/400-series stainless and low-alloy steel, cast and then finished to the specification on the drawing. Mechanical properties and inspection requirements are agreed before the order, not after.

Materials: stainless 304, 316, 316L, 310, 309 and 400 series Inspection: per drawing; PT, UT, RT on project basis

Large casting

Lost foam · Separate facility

Large castings from 20 kg up to 2,000 kg

Heavier parts move to lost foam, which we run at a separate facility. It suits larger and medium-volume parts where the geometry does not justify a wax die, and it shares the same materials and inspection discipline as the investment plant.

Weight: 20 – 2,000 kg per piece Sampling: 10 days; production 25 days at MOQ 500 pcs

Customer names and part numbers are never published. Where a customer allows it, references and inspection reports are shared under NDA during the enquiry.

Evidence, not adjectives

What you can ask for on any of these cases

We would rather show you a document than describe our capability. For the projects above — and for yours once it is running — these are the things we can put in front of you.

  • Inspection reports — dimensional, pressure or non-destructive test records, shared where the customer permits
  • Process photographs — the part on the machine, the fixture, the gating or the finished surface, taken on our own floor
  • Material certificates — chemical analysis for the heat your sample was poured from
  • First article documentation — the same ballooned report the buyer signed off before series production

Where we draw the line

What we do not do

Knowing which orders we turn down tells you more about how we work than any list of strengths. These are the ones we decline.

Orders we cannot hold to tolerance

If the drawing asks for a tolerance our process cannot repeat in production, we say so at quotation. We do not accept the order and hope, and we do not quietly widen a tolerance that matters to you.

Copying a part with no drawing

We will not reverse-engineer someone else's component from a photograph or a sample alone. Send the drawing or the 3D model, or a specification the part was designed against, and we will quote from that.

Reports that do not match the parts

We do not issue a test report, a certificate or a first article that does not describe the parts actually shipped. If a lot fails, you hear it from us before it ships — not from your incoming inspection.

Tell us the problem, not just the part

If a component has defeated another supplier, describe what went wrong. Send the drawing and the failure mode and we will tell you whether our process can solve it — and if it cannot, we will say that too.
