Certifications, test reports and documents you can verify
A logo on a homepage proves nothing. Each certificate below is listed with its registration number, issuing body and expiry date, and every report we issue with an order is described in full — including what it covers, when it is produced and how you get it.

Certificates you can check, not just copy
The documents below are held or supported by the company. Where a certificate is not held yet, it is stated as such rather than implied. Scans are available on request; the original documents are presented when you visit or send an inspector.

- Email attachment — fine for drawings and smaller models
- File transfer links — WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive links all work
- Your own portal — if you have a supplier document system, we will use it
Send drawings to sales@hansing.com.cn and quote your drawing numbers in the subject line so the review is filed against them.
Confidentiality
- NDA on request — we will sign yours, or send our standard mutual NDA for review
- Limited distribution — drawings are kept to the project team and, where a step is subcontracted, to approved suppliers bound to the same terms
- No publicity — we do not publish your parts, your drawings or your name without written permission
Send drawings and get a manufacturability read, not just a price
Attach your 3D model and 2D drawing with the material, annual quantity and the tolerances that matter. You will get unit price, tooling cost, lead time and any manufacturability notes in writing.

The reference documents engineers most often ask for before sending an enquiry. If what you need is not here, ask — most things can be sent the same working day.

Every document listed here is issued on request — tell us which ones you need and they are sent with your quotation. Certificate scans are supplied as watermarked copies for your records; originals are shown during a factory visit or third-party inspection.
Audits and witnessed testing
Come and audit us, or send someone who will
Supplier approval usually needs more than a certificate on file. Tell us which route your quality department requires and we will arrange it — on site, remotely, or through your nominated inspection body.
Second-party audit
Your own quality team visits the plant. We open the quality manual, process flow, control plan and calibration records, and give full access to the shop floor. Audits are welcomed — tell us your scope and we will arrange the dates around your visit.
Third-party inspection
SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek or any inspector you nominate. We schedule the visit around the production run so the parts exist to be inspected, and we provide test pieces, measuring facilities and a meeting room.
Witnessed testing
Your inspector attends tensile testing, hardness testing, chemical analysis or NDT as it is carried out. Results are signed on site, so nothing is tested while your witness is somewhere else.
Remote video audit
When travel is not practical we run a live walk-through by video, with a fixed and a handheld camera: production lines, inspection room, warehouse and packing. Your questions answered in real time, not from a prepared slide deck.
Supplier approval pack
Quality manual, certificates, equipment and calibration list, a sample first article report, process flow and control plan — issued as one set for your approval file.
Retained records
Inspection, heat treatment and material records are filed against each order and retrievable by heat number for the life of the programme — useful long after the shipment has been consumed.
