RFQ form

Tell us about your part

The more of this you fill in, the more precise the quotation. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; everything else helps us quote faster.

Have drawings? Attach them by replying to our confirmation email, or send them to our sales address directly.
We come back with a first read on manufacturability, then a written quotation.

After you press send

What happens next

No auto-reply loop and no being passed to a call centre. Your enquiry goes to an engineer who can read the drawing.

  1. Acknowledgement

You receive confirmation that the enquiry arrived, with a named contact and a reference number.

  2. Technical review

We check material, tolerances and finishes against our process. Anything ambiguous is queried in writing rather than assumed.

  3. Written quotation

Unit price, tooling cost, sample cost, lead time, payment terms and validity — as a written quotation.

  4. Sample and series production

On order, tooling is produced and a first article submitted for your approval before series manufacture begins.

Drawing formats and confidentiality

We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF. NDAs are welcome — send your template with the enquiry and we will return it signed before the drawings are circulated.

Five things buyers usually ask first

Short answers here. The knowledge base covers these in full detail, including tolerance grades and material selection.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. We cast and machine in our own plant in Qingzhou, Shandong, and welcome visits or third-party audits. See the equipment list.

What is your minimum order?

500 pcs per part number for series production. Smaller trial and prototype batches are quoted as tooling trials — development quantities are welcome.

Who owns the tooling?

You do. Wax dies and fixtures remain your property and can be released or transferred on request. This is stated in the quotation, not just agreed verbally.

What documentation do I get?

Material certificate and first article inspection report; NDT results (PT, UT, RT or X-ray) on project basis where the drawing requires them. Heat number traceability is retained for the life of the programme. Certifications and reports.

How fast can you quote?

Every quotation is written and itemised: unit price, tooling cost, sample cost, lead time, payment terms and validity. Parts that need a process review are flagged up front rather than priced on a guess.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly — technical questions get answered by the people who run the process. Browse the knowledge base or send us a message.

Or just message us on WhatsApp

If you have a quick question about a process, a material or the status of an order, WhatsApp usually gets the fastest answer during working hours.
